Based in St. George, Utah, we process HVAC waste, e-waste, and copper right here, keeping jobs and resources stateside. No overseas dumping. Our modular facility is built to shred, sort, and recover—everything from sealed units to motor windings. We aim to divert thousands of tons from landfills, create local jobs, and turn scrap into green tech fuel. Travis, the licensed contractor and general manager, brings decades of experience, steady leadership, and a deep respect for doing things the right way — not the easy way. He handles the day-to-day operations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Kenneth, a Pine View High School graduate and driven HVAC entrepreneur, represents the next generation of builders — forward-thinking, innovative, and passionate about bringing fresh energy into the trade.
Together, Travis and Kenneth share a vision that goes beyond HVAC and construction. T&K is about rebuilding local value — recycling, recovering, and repurposing assets that too often get wasted or sent overseas. Our mission is to keep resources, jobs, and pride right here at home, supporting the American worker and the communities we serve.
